 i read this artical my brain paining i can't think anymore i fell like my brain got mess up . I really interested on this artical i learn something new .To think sharp read books , news , novel that how brain get sharp if i m wrong please correct me . Good Artical:D

Yeah you need to take rest whenever you feel your mind has got disturbed rather than just getting much more tensed for that. A sleep ( not for hours together ) will definitely help. :)
