When most of us cook we use vegetables, spices and numerous other ingredients that are usually purchased at our local WalMart or supermarket. Most of these vegetables and such are mass-produced, are genetically altered or engineered, and can be loaded with insecticides, harmful metals and compounds and other chemicals which are harmful to ones body. Recently there have been several outbreaks of bacterial contaminated vegetables that the FDA had to get involved with and quarantine. Rather than sit in their worrying about what were eating and were putting our food. The easiest way to be healthy is to grow your own.
Now the difference here is you can pick exactly what kind of pepper or vegetable you want and you can control the nutrients, the soil, the water used, use of insecticides or not and whether or not to use artificial fertilizers. See when you grow vegetables on your own you do not have to use the dangerous chemicals that growers use. Growers and farmers tend to grow acres of vegetables and to ward off insects, fungus, mold, and animals they use a plethora of various chemicals and sprays. Many of these chemicals both the insecticide and fertilizer variants have many compounds and chemicals that have been linked in areas research tests to development of cancer and similar other bad diseases and sickness.
So right off the bat you can grow far healthier ingredients and vegetables for the food you make rate in your own home or in your own backyard or garden. You can grow anything from carrots to pees to even soybeans and lettuce or spinach. Some foods like spinach and soybeans have been labeled as super foods because they contain such high amounts of vitamins and minerals and other nutrients that are great for your body. So now you are taking these great super foods and making it even better by reducing the trace amounts of toxins and realize years and insecticides that are on the foods that you buy at your local grocery store. As everyone knows just washing them off with water does not remove all of the trace compounds chemicals that they may be laced with.
So instead, take a different approach and grow your own vegetables. Not only will your vegetables taste better than those bought at the store, but they will also be healthier, juicier and fresher. Nothing beats vegetables picked fresh from the garden. They also have more nutrients, vitamins and minerals than similar vegetables bought at the store. So grow your own vegetables and start enjoying healthier, less chemically tainted or even dangerous foods.
